Managed Security Services | Phishing & Security Training

Shaw Technology is committed to providing our clients with solutions to keep their business secure and operational through any disaster or cybersecurity event.

Security Awareness Training

Security Awareness Training goes hand-in-hand with the Phishing Simulations to provide a platform where your employees can be assigned short, comprehendible videos and other resources to teach about security awareness and online safety best practices. Trainings are available in 8 languages – English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish (European), and Spanish (Latin).
Engaging Content

Phishing Kits, short animated videos, and online quizzes ensure that training reaches every employee no matter how tech-adverse they are

User-Friendly, Personalized Training Portal

Makes security training painless and convenient for employees

Customizable Materials

Customize phishing emails, sending domains, and attachments to your needs to mimic industry-specific threats and increase training effectiveness

Always-Current Training Assets

Fresh phishing kits and videos are released monthly to reflect the current threat landscape and keep your employees on the lookout for trouble

Phishing Simulations

We perform Phishing Simulations by sending real (but safe!) phishing emails to your employees. Statistics about how your employees interact with these emails, such as who opened the email, clicked a link, or provided information, are reported to you.

Automated Sending

Automated tools allow us to create, import and edit target employee groups to be included in your phishing simulation and training campaigns, run different campaigns for multiple groups, and schedule campaigns to be sent out at random times to prevent employees from warning each other.

Integrations

Integration with Azure AD means you don’t have to worry about adding new hires to receive phishing/training.

Always-Current Phishing Kits

Phishing kits are email templates sent to users that mimic the most common phishing attempts.
